Alternating training improves motor learning (Current Event)

            Alternating training improves motor learning

Just a few days ago scientists discovered that alternating training improves motor learning. According to the Journal of Neuroscience. Researchers from the Kennedy Krieger Institute found that forcing people to switch from a normal walking pattern to an unusual one — and back again — made them better able to adjust to the unusual pattern the following day. The findings may help improve therapy for people relearning how to walk following stroke or other injury.

I find this interesting, coz it's the frist time im writing about something like this. Also I never knew that altertating training inproves motor learning. I didnt really get this 100% but I think I know wht they are talking about.

  1. Training improves motor learning?. Interesting and fascinating. But I like the part where you showed the information. And show me where you found this information too because I really want to see it!
